 Drawing on decades of experience and a deep understanding of the coaching journey, Dr. LaVerne Adams, a Certified Executive Coach, Trauma Professional, and Diversity Executive, founded the Rich Coaches Academy. Her mission: to empower aspiring and struggling coaches with the skills and business acumen needed to thrive. RCA delivers a comprehensive, personalized training experience, equipping coaches to confidently deliver transformational results, command premium fees, and build a high-demand, impactful practice.  She enjoys golf and interior design.

 Claudia's dedication and talent were evident from the start, earning her the TOP COACH Award in the Rich Coaches Academy's first cohort. Now a certified nonprofit compliance coach, she expertly guides students through their learning journey, using her analytical skills to pinpoint key insights. Her background as an international project manager and analyst in healthcare, coupled with her deep nonprofit experience, equips her to create lasting change in communities worldwide. Claudia is also a proud mother and grandmother.  

 Gail's coaching transcends traditional methods, tapping into the birthright of creativity and courage to unlock transformative potential. As an ICF credentialed coach with 10 years of experience, she guides clients to build lives and careers that resonate deeply, fostering a ripple effect of positive change in a world that needs it. Her expertise is grounded in a Master's in the Psychology of Creativity, certifications in change management and design thinking, and a diverse professional background. Currently, she's writing a book about her brother, whose life of courage and creative adaptation inspires her coaching philosophy. Beyond her professional achievements, Gail is also a Black Belt in                To Shin Do.
