International Coaching Federation Certification Preparation

Coach Knowledge Assessment Support
In the Rich Coaches Academy training, you will receive all the knowledge you need to pass the CKA exam (70%). In addition, we provide you with two test samples included in the course. You will be set up for success but only if you apply the knowledge that you have gained from the program.
Coaching Hours Requirement
To apply for certification, the International Coach Federation requires that you have 100 hours of coaching with paid clients with only 25% of these hours being pro bono. The RCA program supports you with completing this requirement with peer coaching. You must submit a recording of a coaching session.
Minimum required hours of training
RCA Provides the required 60 hours of ICF approved coach training before you can apply for the first level ACC certification. You are also required to have ten additional hours of Coach Mentoring over a three-month period to further support you in enhancing your personal coaching skill development.
Observation and Feedback
Included in our RCA training you will have opportunities to coach your peers and get immediate feedback. In addition, your coaching will be individually observed with feedback given regarding your coaching skills with your strengths and stretches identified so you can experience continuous growth and improvement.
On-going follow-up Opportunities
Even after the training is over, numerous follow-up and networking opportunities will be available to further ensure your success. You will be invited to participate in the private Rich Coaches Academy Facebook page for ongoing continuing development opportunities and support.

The Rich Coaches Academy Mentor Coaching Program offers coaches applying for the ICF ACC the 10 hours of required ICF mentor group coaching that fine tune your coaching skills and focuses on your individual needs.
RCA MENTOR COACH VALUE
RCA's 10-hour Mentor Coaching Program meets ICF requirement and is completed over three months and includes:
* 7.5 hours of virtual prgroup mentoring with coaching practice and observations during each session. (Five 90 Minute sessions)
* 3 - (1hour) one-on-one coaching sessions with an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach
