At the end of the RCA program, you will have a wealth of knowledge and everything you need to help you apply for an ICF coaching certification. In addition, you will have valuable marketable skills, trade secrets, and practical tools to start your own bona fide private coaching practice. If you are an aspiring coach, without having to try to figure it all out on your own. You'll get tons of resources to help you get off to a great start!  Even experienced coaches will be able to level up!

You will receive your Rich Coaches Academy Certificate of Completion at the closing ceremony to celebrate your newfound accomplishment and to launch you into your next level of personal transformation and professional achievement. Plus, you will have access to a whole new network of coaches that you can collaborate and build rich relationships with for referrals and continued support. 

In the Rich Coaches Academy training, you will receive all the knowledge you need to pass the CKA exam (70%). In addition, we provide you review of test samples included in the course. You will be set up for success but only if you apply the knowledge that you have gained from the program.

To apply for certification, the International Coach Federation requires that you have 100 hours of coaching with paid clients with only 25% of these hours being pro bono. The RCA program supports you with completing this requirement with peer coaching. You must submit a recording of a coaching session.

RCA Provides the required 60 hours of ICF approved coach training needed before you can apply for the first level ACC certification.  You are also required to have ten additional hours of Coach Mentoring over a three-month period to further support you in enhancing your personal coaching skill development.

Included in our RCA training you will have opportunities to coach your peers and get immediate feedback.  In addition, your coaching will be individually observed with feedback given regarding your coaching skills with your strengths and stretches identified so you can experience continuous growth and improvement.

Even after the training is over, numerous follow-up and networking opportunities will be available to further ensure your success. You will be invited to participate in the private Rich Coaches Academy Facebook page for ongoing continuing development opportunities and support.

Upon completion of the program, you will be invited to join other RCA alum to the Monday Money Mastermind virtual or in-person gatherings and network with people in the same or different industries as well as other relevant activities that could be beneficial to your coaching business.

RCA's 10-hour Mentor Coaching Program meets ICF requirement and is completed over three months and includes:

* 7.5 hours of virtual group mentoring with coaching practice and observations during each session. (Five 90 Minute sessions)

* 3 - (1hour) one-on-one coaching sessions with an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach 

* Small class size limited to 10 students. (individual sessions are also available)

* Access to the Private Rich Coaches Academy FB Community Group!

*Certificate of Completion

At the end of the RCA Coach Mentoring program, you would have exceeded the 10-hour credentialing requirement for mentor coaching needed to apply for your ACC certification.
